Sign up free, no card required. Use as many listings as you like. The only thing you ever pay for is channel sync: when you turn on two-way sync to Airbnb, Booking.com or Vrbo for a specific listing, that listing becomes $10 AUD per month. Turn it off and you stop paying for it. No commissions, no booking fees, no per-user charges.
Two-way channel sync covers Airbnb, Booking.com and Vrbo. Beyond that you can connect any other platform (Riparide, Luxury Escapes, your own direct site) by importing their iCal feed. That part is free.
