Host Port is a property management system built for short-term rental hosts, small operators and boutique hotels. It unifies your calendar, bookings, guest messaging and channel integrations into a single workspace — available on web and mobile.
Sign up free, no card required. Use as many listings as you like. The only thing you ever pay for is channel sync — when you turn on two-way sync to Airbnb, Booking.com or Vrbo for a specific listing, that listing becomes $10 AUD per month. Turn it off and you stop paying for it. No commissions, no booking fees, no per-user charges.
Two-way channel sync covers Airbnb, Booking.com and Vrbo. Beyond that you can connect any other platform (Riparide, Luxury Escapes, your own direct site) by importing their iCal feed — that part is free.

Yes. When you connect a listing to Airbnb, Booking.com or Vrbo via our channel manager, your existing photos, pricing, calendar and bookings come across automatically. Setup usually takes under 30 minutes per listing.
No. Host Port is a flat $10/month per synced listing. We never take a cut of your bookings — including bookings taken through your direct-booking page, which is always free regardless of plan.
Yes. Channel sync is billed month to month per listing. Turn it off whenever you like — billing stops at the end of the current period. Your data stays put, you keep your listings, and you can turn sync back on whenever you want.
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, hosted on enterprise-grade infrastructure in the Asia-Pacific region, and you can export or delete your data at any time.
