Terms of Service

1. The service

Host Port provides software for short-term rental hosts to manage their listings, bookings, guest communication and channel sync. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for everything that happens under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and operating a legitimate accommodation business.

3. Pricing and billing

Host Port is free to use for unlimited listings on iCal sync. The Pro plan is billed at $10 AUD per listing per month, processed via Stripe, with the first two months free. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You can cancel any time from the app — billing stops at the end of the current period.

4. Channels and third parties

Host Port connects to Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo and other channels via Channex. We do not control those platforms and aren't responsible for their availability, pricing changes, or policy decisions. You retain ownership of your listings on each channel.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use Host Port for anything illegal. Don't try to break into other accounts. Don't reverse-engineer the service or scrape it for competitive purposes. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.

6. Data and ownership

Your listing content, guest data and bookings belong to you. We process them on your behalf as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export or delete your data at any time.

7. Service availability

We aim for high availability but can't guarantee uninterrupted service. Host Port is provided "as is" without warranties beyond those required by Australian Consumer Law.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Host Port's liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months before any claim. We're not liable for indirect, consequential or business losses.

9. Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be notified by email at least 30 days in advance.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
